River City Condos (Urban Capital) - Real Estate -

I am an owner at RC Phase I (have the unit rented out) and I have to say that I cant agree with this comment. 1) I bought a unit in spring 2011 when the building had already broken ground and I paid ~$500 per foot. Today units in the building are selling for between $550 and $600 per foot (I get...

    Toronto Trinity Lofts | ?m | 8s | Streetcar | Giannone Petricone

Because the Waterfront Toronto projects are subject to rigorous design review (whether private or public), the amount the developers will bid for the land (Urban CApital in this case) will be driven down...

The Streetcar stuff is mundane as all h---, but surely even the most cynical of us must be hopeful about Saucier + Perotte's slick and undulating design for River City. I think this has potential to be one of the coolest developments downtown.

Bridge, The + Connect (Urbancorp, 22s, Kirkor)

Visited the salecenter yesterday and was told by the salespeople that the actual bridge (connecting this area to Queen Street) that the project is named after, will likely not be built after all since the City never secured any kind of formal commitment from the developer. They said it was still...
