    We've gotten a lot fo stuff thanlfully but most of it we bought but we did a lot of shopping around and bought stuff on sale too which helped. :) Bu having a kid is expensive lol

    Like all markets it goes in a cycle, Now is a good time to buy, renovate, wait and in a few years sell. specially if oyu can do the work yourself but do your research into zoning, as well as into what future develomnets are planned for that area...

    I'm not the expert but depends on network availability, you want a train to be able to hit as may stations as possbile... But still make good times. And infostructer and structural engerniering has gone a long way from when rail was first ingtrduced.

    Very good way to look at things Epi, But it would take still a lot more for the system to be set up that way, Do you think this could happen right off the bat or would this be phased in over time?
