I wonder why it's taking so long to install the cladding on the final few floors....

Do you think they're reviewing their glass installation in light of recent events with falling glass panes and new building code revisions? You can see the balcony is installed facing Hayden from the pics too.

I don't understand why they didn't continue with the band of the metallic silver cladding for the middle strip instead of the grey glass they've currently installed. I think the building would've looked nicer if they stuck with the original rendering and have the metallic cladding every two...

Looks like the crane came down? Or is it being covered by the trees?

I believe it's 8 feet up to 19th floor, then 9 ft rest of the way up.

I don't think the trim is finished yet. I can't judge from the picture but when I was down there last week, it seems like they still have to install the trim cap. I'm assuming that it'll be the same colour as the rest of the trim used throughout.

If they're topping out like this, it doesn't appear they'll be staggering the tops into three levels. I wonder if it's going to be only the middle sections that will be sticking up.

Sometimes, when it's that obvious, you don't need to see the mullion caps to know how it'll turn out. I'm annoyed because I bought a unit in this building so it's personal. I tried being as optimistic and ignore all the negative criticism up until now. Now, I'm just disappointed.

I want to know what goes on inside these architect's head....are they purposely designing something with the intent of making it look like schnitzel, can't put on paper what they envision, developer's influence or are they just lacking creative juice???

Walked by Couture today to take a look at the progress on the podium. I have no words to describe how UGLY this thing has become. I don't think they can choose a worse combination of glass colour. I was holding my breath hoping the podium would turn this project into something more but now I've...

I took these photos today. Looks like the framing for the podium is 2/3rds complete. Facing West And then East

I have a feeling the colours on the podium glass will be more or less the same as the rest of the building. It would be great if they can do the stained glass look like the podium for CPP's Discovery.

Taken today with my Cellphone. A shot of the podium. Looks like the frames are starting to go up.

Thanks for the shots. Does anyone know if they've progressed with the cladding since the last post on November 12?

I'd like to bring back this picture originally posted by ProjectEnd I don't think it's too far off from the model. I notice the colour of the window frames are dark whereas the model shows it as the same colour as the cladding. Also notice the same glass colour throughout.

Thanks for the shot. Is that the second or third floor they're working on right now?
