Also any scratches or damage will be fixed. You should've been explained this in your PDI. They put a pink sticker or any damage, and by the time you move in all the stuff is usually fixed.

These are the renders.....One thing I'm very surprised about this project, is that everything I've seen inside and out looks exactly like the original renders, if not better.

That's the building's party room. The doors aren't sliding, but garage style, they roll up. Pretty cool. Here's a pic from inside. The north side has retail. The west side tip is split between the party room and the retail on the northwest side.

10k? 20k? Have you ever bought pre-contruction in Toronto?? lol Tridel would want 25% deposit within a year or so, with probably 10% in the first 2 months....That's an $87,500.00 investment on a $350,000.00 unit...of which this project didn't have many at that price....

This is not the US and it never will be. Our middle class is way bigger, and our $$$ will do the talking. I grew up in a communist country, and let me tell you, this is exactly what this sounds like to me. So NO, low income families should not live in a building with million dollar condos. And...

I would be pissed off big time if I bought here only to find out later subsidized housing was offered. Why should I spend over half a million on a condo, and someone with very little income gets to live here for peanuts? If you have very little money why would your housing expectation be a high...
