I signed my Mutual Release about a month ago....still no luck getting my deposit back.

So the vendor's law firm, Bratty's, is working on getting court order to release the funds. Apparently, the builder cannot be reached to sign the Mutual Release. There is no end in sight until an order is received from the court.

anything new? I haven't received or heard anything since my Tarion claim...called the new builder G Group and they said they have nothing to do with the deposits paid to previous builder - it'll be an entirely new project.

So i've submitted my claim to Tarion as well....apparently very few people have come forward to claim their deposits... I guess a lot of people have forgotten all about their money or just hoping for some miracle to happen with this project.
