Toronto Sherbourne Common, Canada's Sugar Beach, and the Water's Edge Promenade | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto | Teeple Architects

Went by today. Saw foot high board all along the edge of the splash pad. But there's a lot of construction going on with fencing around the entire area. Don't think it's going to happen soon. Too bad, it would have been nice to go skating other than the harbourfront.

Was walking by on the weekend and noticed that they're building something round in the middle of buildings. Is it a water fountain?

Just out of curiosity. Does anyone know if the Success 2 tower is going up soon? If not, what are they going to do about the unfinished stump? Are they going to go ahead and finish the ground level and build the retail sections as per planned or leave it unfinished until the construction of the...

Happened to be in the area at around 2 p.m. so I thought about getting in for the free admission until I saw the line up that stretched all the way down along Mccaul to near Queen St.

Looking to buy a waterfront condo

First of all I am not knocking renters. I don't think there's anything wrong with renting. I myself was renting for many years and I know the flexibility it gives until I saved enough money for downpayment to purchase my own. Also, I think anyone who's ready to get into the market should know...

Having lived in that area I must admit a LCBO is really needed especially with all the condos going up now. The nearest place around there was the one at Spadina just north of Dundas and it is crappiest LCBO.

Looking to buy a waterfront condo

From what I've been hearing lately is that the market is heading towards a buyer's market so yes maybe the the price might go down. Also, are you renting right now, because if you are then you have to figure in the fact that you have to pay six month rent whereas if you purchased now you can put...

    Sightings ...

Really late post but several years back (I think Toronto International Film Festival weekend), wife and I was walking along Bay St when out of the blue Vince Vaughan gets out of his Limo and starts walking on Bay. Seems pretty peeved though because there was a parade on College St blocking him...

Looking to buy a waterfront condo

If you are planning to live here for long period, why worry about what's going to happen 6 months to a year from now? Also you must consider that the mortgage rate has been lowest in many years. You must also consider that as well.
