Hi all, I am looking to purchase a condo in Toronto sometime this year and I'm debating whether to get a 1 bedroom or a 1 bedroom plus den. A 1 bedroom is ~$20,000 less than a 1+den and I would also save on monthly fees such property tax, condo fees etc. I guess what I'm getting to is...
