Its finished - 533 Richmond. People are taking occupancy.

exactly - keeping a brick exterior would actually have been very interesting, but as you know, there is project economics to think about.

the facades are reminiscent of 75 Portland. I hope they have similar finishes....

why the centre lane? They should just devote the left lane to bus traffic only. Less room for cars = less drivers = more transit passengers.

I could see this being more attractive now; there is low income housing going into the railyards area when Fort York Blvd is extended. I hope they dont make it a no frills though.
