Mine is 6 feet, 2 inches off the shower floor (without any tilt), but this is the standard head, so not sure if the rain-head shower would be a bit higher/lower.

I moved into one of the Hanna's too and it appears very narrow until you place the furniture. Mine looks pretty good because I upgraded everything including ceiling and floor and added overhead kitchen cupboards. I would say the workmanship is pretty good except for tiny splashes of paint here...

It can't look any worse than it does right now!!! I have been quite observant of every project I come across and have not seen any that looks as bad as this one -very disappointing.

I'll be on the 4th Floor. They called Monday for Tuesday delivery, so I contact the LVT office and they said that they would handle it.

Exciting it is! Just wish the window project would move along quicker. However, since the appliance company called me (by mistake) this week about delivery of my appliance to the project, there must be a lot happening on the inside that we are not able to see.

It's great to hear that the windows are double paned because, I was in LV today and the Via train went by... OMG it was loud!!

I made reference to Monarch in terms of the quality of the windows not the colour. The window panes in the Tower project are broken, which makes me wonder if they are using good quality windows. I haven't seen any other project with so many broken glass in the windows. Also I'm concerned...

Thanks for the pics. I couldn't help noticing how cheap the windows in this building look compared to Monarch's. Hopefully the finishes look aesthetically better towards the end of the project.
