Yeah seems like the tweet from the ward councilor was not clear.

Saw this posted on Twitter in May but don't recall seeing a sales centre. Lots of activity in the area but seems more like they are building infrastructure (roads and sewers). Does anyone know what's going on? Is there a thread for this development?

Metroview Instagram story gives progress on the Emerald Isle Motel conversion to the Y8700 Sales Centre. Nothing has been approved by Richmond Hill council or LPAT for this site yet however.
