    I think it depends on how much space you want - indoor and outdoor. In terms of long-term investment though, I would go with a house.

    I would put a circle dining talbe (4 seater) beside the kitchen - in the area of the floor plan that says Living / Dining. I would also use the Den area as my Living room. TV on the Bedroom wall or in that corner by the pillar. Modular sofa against the windows.

    I`ve never understood the whole Gardiner discussion. What exactly is the problem with it?? I don`t belive that it has anything to do with the waterfront.

    My budget is a bit on the tight side so definitely an option for me. You were actually harassed in the parking lot??? Bummer about the security though - may be a deal breaker. Did think the mls listing I saw mentioned security guard.

    I am toying with the idea of buying an older condo - this article is definitely eye-opening!!! I have seen a couple of MLS listings for a building at 3555 Bathurst. I've done some searches here but haven't come across anything.
