okay now i get it... *edit* - which probably means that once they add the mechanical box to the other building as well, my view of the cn tower is pretty much gone. Me thinks its time to move...

So they are! I noticed the box up top wasn't straight on the right side, but if I take a ruler to the picture it all lines up (with the balconies)...I guess it is there to stay. The height of it confused me at first.

how does the eglinton subway platform have anything to do with a development 3 blocks away? The field is bigger and better than before, the auditorium will be state of the art (in highschool terms) - which will be used for various functions within the area, and the development itself will...

I graduated from this school in 05. Trust me, a new school is urgently needed. This building is long over do. Also, no field? what have you been looking at? the new field is regulation size where as the old field wasn't, which means that North Toronto can actually host their sporting events...

Has anyone else in these buildings experienced placing your trash in the garbage shoot and watching it go up because of some sort of pressure difference/wind? I had to put a draft blocker around my entire door in order to stop it from whistling through the night...hopefully they address this...

I definitely agree, and even then it may not be enough. When my girlfriend and I were looking at the buildings before we rented, it looked fine enough, sure it looked like a college dorm in most hallways, but we thought everything would work out anyways. Well lets see, after 6 months of living...
