It's actually completed now. They just finished the walkway over the weekend and you can walk through now. They also removed the fence at the Adelaide/Jarvis intersection so you can walk right through now!

There should be something in your agreement of Purchase and Sale regarding the sale of your before you have taken ownership. There is a fee, which I tried to get waived from the contract at my condo. No dice though haha.
