Anyone know what is happening here. Now that the warehouse is down I have observed several dump trucks bringing dirt in to fill the basement hole. Has this been cancelled or postponed? A parking lot for awhile? More trucks full of dirt pulling in as I write this...

I think that is an old rendering proposed by the previous chair. They decided on the cheap version and basically building the glass box where you see the construction and that will be it. They are not moving part of the house closer to Bathurst as originally quoted etc...they have a rendering...

Good for Greed - he got a few more floors. Not so good for the individuals that purchased early 2010. At least he will be consistent with delivering product about 6 - 7 years after people purchased...

Anyone know whats going into the retail space of the Bathurst building. Saw it from a distance but looks like paper in the windows and for lease sign down.

Sorry I didn't mean to open a can of worms here. Just curious as I heard December initially and sales weren't going too bad. The sales office just opened in the Spring so it hasnt been that long. I know if it were a Freed building I wouldn't expect them to break ground for 5 years or so...

Any word on when they are breaking ground?

It looks like they have started moving into the Bathurst building. I noticed a white sectional and flat screen tv in one of the lower units facing Bathurst.

Oh I don't know maybe for the individuals who have a down payment on the original design that they viewed at the Presentation Centre on this site how along now. As mentioned above Greed could continue getting the underground done as that isn't changing if he gets the approval for more floors...

What a joke! The slowest moving project ever! I walk by here daily and 2 or 3 people max working on the site. I would never by Freed - average is 5 years wait time and this one will probably break his own record.
