Why would we need a grocery store at Union? There's one just outside Union in Brookfield Place (Longos City Market) and there's another one just south of Union in Maple Leaf Square. They're both 5-10 min from Union (indoors, not as crow flies)

The "Krys Milktea Bar" and "Rolltation Sushi Burrito" opened over the weekend on the PATH to Waterfront Place. South St Burgers opened a few weeks ago, so all retail on PATH level is now open.

Don't think anything's been formally announced, but when I peaked into South St over the weekend, it had been tiled and painted but none of the cabinets or whatever was done. The restaurant directly on Harbour has always said Fall.

Go down further towards the Harbour Plaza entrance and all the evergreens are dead. There's basically no sun down there, tonnes of salt, and many, many, dogs.

Yes, you're correct, but until Saturday night/Sunday morning, it was only visible from the ramp from Via to the Great Hall. Overnight, they removed the hoarding on the lower paths from Via to the Lower Great Hall and now the sunlight reaches down to the lower levels of the Via concourse/Great Hall.
