Totally agree with this! Also with the increased frequencies they could turn parking lots into transit oriented neighbourhoods, put parking underground if needed and make stations destinations much like many of the subway stations in Toronto are. For example, they could build movie theatres...

This is a short walk away from two subway lines. I hardly think an 11 storey building is too much. Actually it seems like a great spot to build a condo or any dense residential. I'm sure there were people who thought your condo (if that's what it is) was too much when it was being built too...
