    Opinions on M5V Suite - 748 sq ft - 1 Bedroom + Den

It might be challenging to find a proper place for TV and sofa. I have a feeling the sofa will eventually block the hallway. You can open up study room area, but still the two area cannot be easily combined. As well, do you need a dining table? If yes, that makes TV/sofa area even smaller...

    I love cityplace!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the developer has to follow the "code", there should be a hard number, like min X number of elevators for Y number of units. If there's no such minimum, i think someday developer will just install 1, even for a 40 story building like Murano. All the residents need is to exercise more...

    Baby, we got a bubble!?

I guess most people can recover the cost of furniture, TV computer etc, if they had bought home insurance. I think it covers up to $25,000 with most home insurance policies. It looks like the building is new, then the building insurance which the condo corporation bought should cover most of...

"Nothing wrong with 379sqft"?!! I was astonished, literally, a few years ago, as i remembered, when U condo debuted its 300 plus sqf studio, so called Urban Design, in Toronto. I believe they pioneered on this... See how fast our human being can adapt ourselves to the new reality...on the other...

Probably on 15th floor, on which the first set back occurs, and the 2nd set back on 25th floor, but both sundeck are private patios which are not open to public. Disappointed? Wait, they will build a roof top garden on top of top floor. It will be really nice to overlook TO downtown from there...

How expensive Number One Bloor? The starting price of smallest sized one bed room (500 sqf) from the lowest floor is $350,000. That translates to $700 per sqf, sound reasonable.

    Toronto One Bloor East | 257.24m | 76s | Great Gulf | Hariri Pontarini

Good logical analysis, but why land normally accounts for 10% of the cost of a project? Would a 20% hurt developer?
