yup went to the area the other night, sadly for some not a single working girl in sight, this stretch is gentrifying rapidly thx to the condo boom. A 46s shimmering tower would no doubt help in that effort immensely. The $100mil retrofit of 222 jarvis once completed should also bring much needed...
