    Toronto Peter Street Condominiums | 129.84m | 40s | CentreCourt | a—A

You're off on that one, Centrecourt is NOT a spinoff of Menkes, the founder Andrew Huffman used to be the Chief Operating Officer of Menkes, Menkes has no current ties with centrecourt whatsoever, so they're indeed new on the scene with no prior projects anywhere.

No210 Residences On Simcoe (Diamond Corp./Sorbara Group) - Real Estate -

awkward narrow design, sandwiched in between the horrible looking bell utility building and an ugly commercial parking lot, 210 simcoe is completely blocked off on the north side, no north facing natural light source, if a taller condo ever goes up to the south, there goes your city/lakeview...

    Toronto Pace Condos | 146.3m | 42s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

A few updates from Dundas St, from my cell phone. Good Riddance to that ugly strip mall, the building that remains standing next to the convenience store is 155A Dundas, not sure why it was spared as hoardings are up in front of it, the Pace site should cover 155-163 Dundas E.

    Toronto Hyatt Centric / The 203 Residences on Jarvis | 108.2m | 32s | Manga | Arcadis

Is the 20s Hampton Inn still in the works for the NE corner of Jarvis/Shuter, the last application status update was nearly a year ago which states "by-law enacted" not sure what that implies? There is nothing happening on the site. O2 is adjacent to that lot @ Geroge/Shuter. 203 JARVIS ST...

    Toronto Pace Condos | 146.3m | 42s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

yup went to the area the other night, sadly for some not a single working girl in sight, this stretch is gentrifying rapidly thx to the condo boom. A 46s shimmering tower would no doubt help in that effort immensely. The $100mil retrofit of 222 jarvis once completed should also bring much needed...

    Toronto Pace Condos | 146.3m | 42s | Great Gulf | Diamond Schmitt

Pace is gonna be at least 39s maybe 46s. GG have sold units up to the 39s, told by the sales agents that they're still seeking OMB approval for 46s. This would be a landmark structure in the immediate area for sure, likely anchoring other future developments.

Yes exactly, this all started when earlier posters questioned the validity of my statement in particularly my argument of "there is an increased propensity for achololism amongst the economically disadvanaged", in their view drinking rate is considerably higher among the economically advantaged...

Let's back track a bit, yes perhaps I was misinformed by my broker time would tell... however, I never presented this info as a fact, my original statement began with the line " my broker buddy tells me..." , while the only fact I do try to repeatedly stress here is the link bewteen poverty and...

Well you do have a wild imagination. Have you taken the time to read the study in my post? I am all for the creation of a mix-income neighborhood, and the revitalization of Regent Park, so much so I have personally invested in a number of properties in the downtown eastside. It is only upon...

The board is a public medium for the free exchange of opinions, the content of which could often be objectionable to some, so long as they are fact-based, simply broadly construding all opposing views as uneducated trolling would run contrary to the underlying principles of a public forum.

Who said anything about drinking & driving? Perhaps I'm wrong, surely those stumbling; vulgar; droopy eyed characters I came across at Queen/Sherbourne are actually yuppie investment bankers in disguise out on a Sunday stroll, next time I'll be sure to approach them for some hot stock tips...
