are we serious??? this renovation is totaly absurd! this money should be going to something els like new subways and or highways. Phills square is fine the way it is. Its mind blowing with some of the ideas that are going on. Save the money and put it towards something that would help the people...

so what is the deal? are we getting new subways, street cars and the new LRT? or is everything once again delayed. There has to be some sort of ralley because all the politicians take is money and spin our heads round with their stupid ideas. Toronto is soooo far behind and ppl are suffering! :(

umm ok so they are building above contaminated soil? Why is it contaminated and is it still safe to live there? The building is 34 sty high. Does that include the garage? thx guys :p im just wondering and dont really have time to flip flop thru the threads.

I just drove past this project today. Will this building have underground parking. If not then who agrees with me with a high eyebrow. I noticed them bulding up already and I didnt see any hole. SO WEIRD, unless parking will be above ground.

you guys still think its possible that 1 bloor be built but in a different location and with different supporting financing??? I mean they had the whole project pland and completed on paper... so why not just find a new sponsor and location? that building would have been a great addition to...

the last render is AMAZING! lets hope the bloor young intersection gets something just as good as the concept 1 bloor

WTf* honestly....50 60 tower at this location??? how stupid would that be? no matter how good the material would be....this location is more then prime and needs a building that is WAY more then just "prime". BUILD SOMETHING BIG AND AMAZING!!!!! toronto developments have been good but deff not...

1bloor---> how about a office tower? something incredible, amazing? 1 bloor was an amazing project...but there are other projects that will come close to that for sure! im thinking something like John Hancock Center at the 1bloor location? what do you people think?
