Zeeden what a lovely unit! Love your kitchen choice and especially the countertop (which I also used). Had my PDI today on the 19th floor today. Very happy--great energy for such a small unit! Will post pics hopefully in a day or two.....

I love the slate in these pics however I did not use it in my bath as it was so small (shower only) and I wanted to keep it as light as possible...

Huge hassle to be without internet for a month, but it sounds pretty typical of new construction. How was your PDI Lazarus? Was everything else as you expected?

If anyone has done a PDI on a TINY unit in M5V--I would love to see pics. I think I have purchased one of the smallest ones and would love to temper my expectations before I actually see it.....:))

I agree. The entrance was a big selling point to me. One thing I know, first impressions count! Is there some way we can begin a petition? It is ludicrous that the developer/builder would drop such an inexpensive item that counts so much!

Absolutely love it! The balcony/terrace at either end is awesome. In fact I am totally jealous--I have the smallest unit in the building on the 19th floor. sucks to be me...:(
