    Leslieville / Studio District

This property was listed a couple of years ago for about the same price I believe. The former 'China Lily' property kitty corner to this site is too to be developed. I'm not certain if 'Gio Rna's' property is large enough for a small apartment building.mHowever the 'Dukes' site is ripe for...

    Toronto The Whitfield | 130m | 39s | Menkes | Giannone Petricone

I’ve always disliked the blank wall of the short office building on Eastern ave. Now it’s being covered up! Yay!

    515 & 519 Jarvis (Keg Mansion)

I agree that the mansions should be save in their entirety as much as possible. Moving them closer to the street is a good option. The heritage and architectural value of these gems tells the story of Toronto and Canada's story which in turn tells our story. If we don't tell our story nobody...

    Toronto Queen & Ashbridge | 60.15m | 17s | Context Development | Teeple Architects

I’m waiting for the contrasting colour to be installed. Along Queen Street E. is that still a go?

I love how all the empty gaps (parking lots) are being filled it. Wonderful!

    Toronto 164-168 Isabella Street | ?m | 67s | Elysium | Studio JCI

I don't like building that get 'thicker' as they rise. They seem too bulky and awkward and generally aggressive in appearance.

    Toronto The View Residences | 30.48m | 8s | Condoman | Standard Practice

Ididi not invest in any of 'Condoman's" project. I live very close to the failed 'Post loft Condos' in Leslieville.

    Toronto The View Residences | 30.48m | 8s | Condoman | Standard Practice

One year ago I mentioned that this is the same developer as 'Post Loft Condos' on Queen St E. That development after more than 5 year is a weed strewn lot in prime Leslieville. This obviously says something about something!

    Toronto Riverside Square | 64.6m | 20s | Streetcar | RAW Design

I don't mind the overall feel to this place. However I do agree that the 'front' entrance looks more like a side entry point. No celebration of arrival or any protection from the elements.

    Toronto Union Park | 303.26m | 58s | Oxford Properties | Pelli Clarke Pelli

Simons keeps come up all over the map. I wish it were true but do department stores want to expand anywhere these days?

    Toronto Freed Hotel & Residences | 219m | 63s | Freed | AS + GG

I really like the look of this project. It adds some 'glitz and glamour' to the Toronto skyline with its slick design and lighting..Plus its adding more people to the downtown core which is always a good thing

    Toronto Regent Park: Phases 4 and 5 | 134.1m | 39s | Tridel | Karakusevic Carson Architects

I can't agree more. Such dreadful dumps!

    Toronto Artistry Condos | 103.5m | 29s | Tribute | Graziani + Corazza

Uh Oh this looks like a high rise 'The Poet' condo in Leslieville.! A bunker.

    Toronto Lower Don Lands Redevelopment | ?m | ?s | Waterfront Toronto

I see the control tower becoming a nice home for a few crackheads or for a new 'control house' for a tent city? Lol. I don't believe the control house to be a substantial enough piece of architecture to represent a period piece such as the TD Centre. Maybe a plaque.
