    Sorry a bit more clarification. We (the purchasers) are in the occupancy phase, and Allied is forcing us to pay a fee to give us the right to lease out our units to tenants, and it feels like extortion. It's that, or we are forced to leave our units vacant (or move in).

    Well, it does have a pretty large base, not just a typical tower. I check the website often for the construction camera, I always see the worker bees moving around.
