Sorry a bit more clarification. We (the purchasers) are in the occupancy phase, and Allied is forcing us to pay a fee to give us the right to lease out our units to tenants, and it feels like extortion. It's that, or we are forced to leave our units vacant (or move in).

Anyone else a landlord here and get forced to pay a legal fee to lease out their units? It feels so wrong of Allied to do this.

I can't tell if the stupid TD tower is going to obstruct the view of the CN Tower though. It looks lined up to block it, standing from the point of the bridge. (Yes, I bought in to this project, and one of my views is west facing)

I was at 20 Stewart last night, could see workers still hitting it hard at 10pm... They were finishing the concrete on the 4th floor.

I'm on the 10th floor, they told me Winter '09... and that occupancy would probably start in Sept.

Well, it does have a pretty large base, not just a typical tower. I check the website often for the construction camera, I always see the worker bees moving around.

Yeah, seriously. Maybe one unit was already purchased? I don't know, this is what I heard from management/security. They said that it was going to be made in to one, but who knows.

I don't know how true this is, but apparently one guy bought the entire penthouse floor, except for one unit...

What the heck is that? I live here and have never seen it!
