ok, all good. i am far away to put it beside, but i wonder how (HOW) a snake can "technically" move through the plumber system from one floor to another. that's the point. there i would like to get answers. and not what friends form a friend are talking, what they heard or what was in the news.

Hello All, Over and over in the news. A man/woman goes to the toilet, open it and find a snake in it. Explanation, somebody, several floors lower (apartment / condo)_ had a snake and it's escaped. Technically in my opinion impossible that a snake can "travel" from the 6' floor to the 20'...

same here, not just in the units, even in the hallway on our floor. sometimes arctic air is blowing from the a/c and pressing into our unit. gatehouse reset it but 2 weeks later same story starts again. pretty poor.

the guys who use a lot of hot water do not smell bad in the elevator, the others......... living in a condo means sharing costs. we do not use the gym but we pay for it with our maintenance fee. for you? hang on the important things, like security etc, and you make it to the board. JJ

Seems wasn't a good weekend for Centro owners. On Saturday we recognized our fridge is not cooling any longer, 6 hours later the washing machine went on strike (no draining). Moved inMay 12, starts good.....
