I'll agree there.
You so want to be right, huh? You've been wrong for some time now.
All those dorm rooms.:p
This is something that always bothered me. There really isn't much data available on condos.
Condos with many units for sale/lease can mean many things and not all of them are bad. If they are...
Boring = more $$$
Condo buyers are pretty conservative. Glass boxes are cheaper to build. I don't mind this one too much but my expectations were pretty low.
Really? I always thought RC was well received by just about everyone. Would have been nice if the low income housing opposite were a contrasting, bold color.
Right. I don't get this notion that interest rates are going to soar overnight and the market tanks the next day. Rates will stay low and will not jump out of nowhere. So a "crash" IMO won't come...
I don't like the "harassment" by some of them but I understand it so I don't really get to bent out of shape about it. How else can they get donations?
Do you really believe the government and BOC opperate independently?
Bad construction existed 5+ years ago too. I can tell you of some terribly constructed condos that are 10 years old now. While poor construction is an issue, it's an even bigger issue now because...
I picked up some things 1/2 price a few days ago. Never liked that location anyways.
8 foot ceilings
I can understand the "cheapening" but why different color glass? Hell, different colored glass isn't the big deal. It's that it's so close to what's there on the rest of the tower that it looks...
And yet none of that saves the lackluster design of this building. This whole area is full of terribly designed Plazacorp projects. Just my opinion. That's still allowed around here, right? :p
The changed mechanical ruins this building for me. I don't understand the different color glass. Maybe it will all come together at the end.
What on earth is going on here?
If there were 2 identical units that had the same exact features, then yea. The 9ft one would probably be more attractive. But how much of a premium will people pay for that extra foot? What...
It's like Plazacorp doesn't even try.
Perhaps, but I don't think it's that big of an issue. Maybe a decade from now, I guess.
Occupancy dates are never set in stone. They always...like 95% of the time get delayed...and usually get delayed several times. You're going to have to suck it up. Maybe rent a furnished place for...
My comment had nothing to do with good design. It had to do with people not caring THAT much about ceiling height since it sold out rather quickly. Ceiling height is not that important to some...
Was the unit brand new? Anyways, it looks like a brand spanking new unit. Good paint job too. I also like some of your mid century modern pieces. If you need a rommate...juslemmeknow!
landed on the 4th floor. Young guy too. Sad.
Well, it's nearly sold out so I guess not too many people are bothered by it.
8ft ceilings should be a no-no.
