Great looking project.
I'd say most do not like the grey. There is nothing vibrant about this project. If anyone deserves blame here it's the developers more than anyone else. Dundee did a great job with the buildings...
"great"? "incredible"? "More grey"? "sharp and sophisticated"?
Really? His gripes about the abundance of grey in this area are legit IMO.
Couldn't catch me in any of those pools the way condos are built nowadays.
Luckily those things are still made in Canada. A lot of companies have since moved production to China and in many cases, the quality has fallen off.
It's really going to be a disaster once these condos start failing. Those who deserve blame will be nowhere to be found. "But, but Tarion...." When you dig deeper, you realize Tarion is a sham. ...
Well, well, well. What do we have here?
I wonder which building it is. It's a travesty that a 5 year old condo needs that kind of work.
This is good noise. I expect prices to rise anyways.
Pretty good list.
I'd say there should be a "really bad" list. I'd put Urbancorp in that one. Possibly the worst builder in the city mainly because they have several projects tha thave dragged...
They're all newer buildings though. You see this with any newer built condos.
You'll see a decent amount of activity for the first few years.
Why not post the condos that have little to no...
Architect provided a nice design. Builder screwed it up.
It's still a decent looking building.
WTF is that?
Saw this thing in person and it really doesn't look good. The thick mullions ruin it. Should have used a sleeker window system.
Exactly. Everything looks sloppy and crooked.
I'm not agitated at all.
Told us what? That rates would eventually go up? Well no shit, sherlock. I just hope you will have the stones to show up a year from now when the market doesn't tank.
There's still a lot of suburban-think when it comes to development and planning in this city. I can't stand these podiums.
If anyone's looking for a really good agent, let me know.
I get that, but everything's crooked. Not just the brick.
I'm looking at a picture with the entrance open to the elements and you're telling me people have moved in? WTF?
Because the quality is typically low. Not to say that China is incapable of making high quality products.
Do you experience these "lovely" aA designed buildings on the inside?
It does look terrible. This was marketed as a high end building, too. High end pricing, low end quality.
I like the orange podium, though.
