Welcome to the neighbourhood! I have been here for 2 years and loving every minute. If you have any questions, you can pm me.
I am surprised that they managed to sell over 70%...or maybe they are turning this phase into rental apartments.
Hopefully Tridel will move this development in the much needed Islington Subway Land.

I have a friend who is living in Chicago and he told me that property...

I am curious to know if sleazy developers price in future gains in the cost of the precon units.
I too live in a conversion loft and it is totally worth the premium!
But that $300k unit is over inflated in this current market. When a comparable resale unit might sell for $280k. I doubt the preconstruction condo will sell for $360k in 3 to 4 yrs from now (assuming...
Developers need to focus on mid rise condos/loft conversions and townhouses instead. These are in demand and much needed in trendy neighbourhoods.
It absolutely makes no sense to buy pre-construction condos as the prices are usually higher than resale (with hidden costs) and there is quite amount of resale units (never lived in, brand new) that...

The area is lovely. It's nice during the summer. If you have any concerns or questions, feel free to pm me.
Unfortunately not. Skyline is blocked by the Essex towers. Good news is you can see the lake and all the way to the Burlington Bend and the escarpment.
Hey Drum, can you guess which window I took my last photo from? ;)

WHAT?!?!? Are you kidding me? Foundry Loft is stunning! By far the nicest authentic loft in the GTA.
As for the upside down condo, the styling matches the amazing prices. I am sure most of you...
What I get from this article is that freehold homes in Toronto will never sell below $500,000 as it would trigger bidding wars.
Cats are a better atlternative
I am extremely pessimistic about the design for these towers. My gut feeling says they will look a lot like the dull Essex phase 2 towers.

<3 Shah Rukh Khan and I am not even south Asian (or a woman) :). I would buy only if it's next to his apartment.
Very Downtown......downtown Thunder Bay.
