When they ought to be copying gabled roofs
Oh **** you just gave me an idea ;)...
Yonge and Eglinton is getting a 68 storey tower sometime in the future. And I'm reading the UT nimbies are lov'n the current office block on site. Well I'm not certain about that ... so I began...
From my studio high above reality, I'd like to wish all you nimby fans and foes a very
Let's hope it's by Studio JCI--their office is based out of this building. They've got a really good-looking Georgetown project: http://www.jciarchitects.com/georgetown-mixed-use-development/
Fixed up and restored, this old apartment building could've been converted into luxury condos. Kind of sad to see it destroyed.:(

B.streets vs Fashion House is a tough one. I'm going to be the contrarian and go with B.streets because it marks the beginning of a new design language at HPA.
The Hive deserved the win, although it's not perfect.
It kinda feels like it's still 2003. aA vs a world of mediocrity. Depressing.
aA & Core. The rest are rubbish.
The only reason I can stand this 'hood: Rooster Coffee.
