biggest rat I seen is sitting on the left side of city hall.....when I was in my teens I use to work at Knob Hill farms and you should seen the size of those rats there when the store was closed...

Best place is Woodbine...that area is no man land right now and the amount of space they have would be perfect.Downtown would be a disaster with the current road system we have..its no brainer.....
