In these set of pictures you can really begin to grasp how massive of a project this is at the pedestrian level.



You can see here how much the public realm is being expanded on the corner of Yonge-Eglinton.

It's a great point, and one oft-overlooked by the NIMBYs: what we get from developers isn't necessarily encapsulated in section 37 agreements or other planning-related concessions, and we don't get it at all (in broad terms) when the NIMBYs win.
