I'd imagine the top of the crane to be where the mechanical penthouse will top off.

It appears so. Judging by the renderings, the mechanical will add about 4 equivalent floor levels to the 76 floors.

Damm the white balcony glass all over this building is gonna look beauuuuuuuuuuuuuutiful! I cant wait. Nothing like it here in Toronto so far. Its a great "feminine" tower that would be complimenting The One's masculinity.

It appears so. Judging by the renderings, the mechanical will add about 4 equivalent floor levels to the 76 floors.

The 4 level mechanical in the rendering is likely from the slanted roof version.
It's reported the design has since changed to a flat roof.
Curious to know if the changes affected the official height of this building.
