Toronto Emerald City Phases 1 to 3 including Dream Tower | ?m | 36s | Almadev | WZMH

I'm not a fan of the tower aesthetics, however the art and public realm has been well executed. This is well worth the visit for anyone who's in the area.

Most exciting community yeah right.

Well, the project is close to the 401, the DVP, Fairview Mall, TTC/Don Mills-Sheppard subway, a Toronto public library, as well as other amenities...but yes, I wouldn't exactly say this community is exciting either.

All the 401, DVP and subway provide are a quick escape from the community.

More up on site. Nice job for the townhouse here

Adding colour to these mediocre tower won't improve them. I imagine it would only make them look worse. Colour is something to be handle with care which these tower design clearly weren't. The townhouses are about the same as the towers as far as modern townhouse design goes in the city. Pretty average overall.

But I suspect these buildings will age fine. Not spectacular, but nothing that will look bad 30 years from now either.

Whoa, those townhouses turned out wonderfully. I like it a lot. The towers really don't look that bad but they are rather subdued in comparison.
