Does anyone know a little about the Grange Park area and the RCMI condos specifically

I just had some very basic questions concerning a place my friend is considering to rent around there. She just wanted to know if this place (the listing is linked below)

a) if its a safe neighborhood with good accessibility
b) if its a good time to rent. Also, can she get a lot more space for the same price if she moves in somewhere a little bit away from the core?
