Many units that they put a red color sticker (sold) 3 months ago, while they have these units available now. eg, they had one left only for Style 855 at that time. Now they say they have Style 855 all from floor 18 to floor 48.

Comparing with 1 Bloor E, Aura is quite cheap. I believe it will be sold fast. I was thinking Aura could set the sq ft price higher. While probably the sales office only release 300 or less units on the past weekend, from some media. Sometimes we can not trust what the sales office said...

Thank you CSW2424. I entered into the North building once. There is subway access from Parking 1 level. Hopefully this AURA will be able to access to College Park Shop and the shopping level under Bay 777 which is quite convienent (food court, etc).

Is there anybody familiar or live in College Park North building - 763 Bay or purchased unit of South building - 761 Bay, how do you feel this builder? Any idea on their construction quality, moved in (on time?), management, security...? Thank you for sharing.

I'm quite interested in this project. Good point is direct access to subway. While my concern is the 1 Bloor E increased sales price so much. It might cause other coming projects price rise in that area.

The only change is they entented the floor plan 40-61 floor to 5 more floors. It means changed floor plan of floor 62-66 to be same as floor 40-61. So they have some same models coming out from 62-66 floor. The prices increased a lot from one month ago and still incresed from yesterday to...
