yeah. Either options may work and yours is likely safer. It's the same options for me. 150 dollars and 6 months warranty (guaranteed fix) or buy a new or reconditioned one starting at 250 up to 600. Not easy to find these condo sized dryers either

I agree. Than people who have 2nd cars will be forced to rent another spot. On my building alone there are a ton of parking ads on the bulletin. I'm sure one can negotiate an extra spot for like 80 dollars a month.
