I did the PDI myself, but assume delegates would receive a copy of the Tarion certificate and PDI documentation. I am not on Facebook, so cannot join the group.
No clue. These are included among the list of deficiencies for our unit, but I think they are unlikely to be resolved before our occupancy date (next Friday). We visited a second-floor unit at the conclusion of the PDI, where they process the paperwork, and blinds were installed there.
Had our PDI yesterday morning and the unit looks great. A few upgrades (shower door, blinds) had not yet been installed, and there were some minor cosmetic issues that are expected in any new build. But our realtor said it was one of the cleanest PDI's she's seen. The common areas exceeded my...

Spoke with Tarion and they have not been enforcing PDI since the pandemic emerged. So, builder can essentially do what it wants. Pandemic is always a BS excuse for poor customer service.
They just changed our PDI date from August 3rd to August 11th. For both dates, we were not approached to identify a mutually convenient time nor provided with reasonable options for consideration. Both of these practices contradict Tarion's Customer Service Standards, so I've punted that...

Received an update from Worsley and they are anticipating a late May/early June occupancy. The e-mail advised that they could not provide a firm occupancy at this time. The e-mail also stated that the building's exterior was completed, which is factually incorrect lol.
The Ukraine crisis has probably derailed their "FREEDUMB!" platform and populist media blitz, as Canadians have just been shown what a lack of freedom actually looks like (and it's not the inability to occupy the Canadian capital, abuse its citizens and escape the rule of law for three weeks...
