Finch at Keele and directly west is becoming a major construction zone. Street widening full out.

But then Tridel did a great job with cladding not far away at Alexandra Park. Why didn't they do the same here?

You can hear the downtown subways in all sorts of places downtown. That's what happens when they are close to the surface.

How could it be a station box? That wouldn't have been built yet would it? And it would be much deeper than that.

This for the east tower. Elevator core I presume. I seem to recall some for the west tower but can't prove it now.

A chunk of the parking below Bay Adelaide was certainly demolished.

Small lot. Small tower. Will fit in nicely.

A lawn owned by the developer is hardly a park that the city would never let exist. At least it hasn't been a parking lot this entire time.

No harm in mixing it up a bit.

Most people don't really know what they want until somebody gives it to them. That's one reason why we have a government, hopefully one that is run by creative people.

Not much longer before it starts to impact the skyline.

Not too mention the fact that York U. generates a significant amount of transit us. The line to Steeles will be well used from day one.
