Drove by the condos tonight and noticed that the mechanical floor lights were purple and magenta. I guess they are LED with colour changing ability as they were white a few nights before...

Sorry for the delay. Here are some pics: Typical condo spec Whirlpool stacked combo. Surprised they used Toto and didn't cheap out... Also surprised they didn't cheap out on the integrated fridge/freezer and stuck with Liebherr as sampled in the model suite. Very costly to replace...

Just to update the thread, I'll be doing PDI tomorrow. Will post here with pictures and findings.

Was at the MEC store earlier today. Looks like Opus and Omega have topped out. Tentative occupancy in late Jan. 2019 as per the letter received from Concord (Spring 2019 I presume).

Some shots from tonight 07/22/17. (Sorry for the potato cam) Opus is at floor 9-10, Omega is at floor 11-12. Wonder how long it's going to be before the two towers top out. Maybe they'll finish before winter???

Sept. 16 vs. Sept. 30: It may be weird to have night shots, but I live down the street and it's nice to check in to see how my future condo site is doing every now and then. Anyone else purchase a unit at Opus or Omega?

There's actually a huge underground parking lot that I found by chance when exploring this project. People who drive will come to the stores, but sadly none of them are open yet and there aren't any big name retailers setting up shop in this project. If there could be an anchor tenant for World...

It's been a while guys and I have moved from my old location to Yonge and Sheppard. Here is a perspective that many will probably never see as they wouldn't venture into the residential side. A look at the nice wall that is slowly being built in front of me :( Cheers.
