The pool is in the enclosed area that can be seen in the top center of the second photo.

I believe the pool is an indoor pool that is housed in the part of the building that extends in the top left corner of that photo. The outdoor pool is that shared with Tides and iLofts.

I'm guessing mid June - early July... I drove by yesterday and it looks like there is definately drywall and lights up to the teen floors...

Legally, they can postpone closing by 36 months from the date of confirmed occupancy. We'll see how it goes I guess.

Hey ducati, have you been contacted? I have an appointment in early September. Apparently they tried to contact me "numerous times." Funny thing is they have never asked me for my phone number or email address.

Did anyone get an appointment for colour selections?

Thanks Ducati. The renumbering is due to the fact that both iLofts and California will use the same lobby and having the same numbering system for both buildings might get confusing.

What was your experience with iLoft? Was move in 10 months after colour selection?

I think they are on the 18th... I haven't received a pic in a while so I've just been counting as I drive by.

I have seen them going for anywhere from $1200-$1600 depending on exposure, floor, parking, and locker. Did you happen to get a price list?
