Any one having issues with the switch in the bathroom?
1 year and the switch blinks like a disco light.
I was wondering if anyone had a similar issue and if they can provide me their fix contact.

When we closed there was a form I signed relating to hydro, unfortunately I cannot remember the company but I called them and they were the ones who directed me to powerstream.
Powerstream is the one who are handling the electricity billing for the units.

Yeah that would have been nice but unfortunately as you said it's not official and it was closed at the time so that didn't help.

Finally got the keys and what can I say but the usual sh..... service continues.
Nothing was fixed from the PDI, the place has never seen a broom or a cleaning cloth, it's looks like the construction crew ran through the place.

You have to hit their brand. There isn't much you will get from Tarion most of the push backs has been construction related and i am sure they have their behinds covered in the contract.
