I am wondering if they are reconsidering their choice to tree species along Queens Quay after what happens on Bloor St. I believe London Planes were also planned for QQ.

They've installed two vertical rectangular box signs, one at the north entry and one at the south, titled "Westlake Retail" or something along those lines. So far only 3 are listed: Metro, SDM, TD Bank. I like this idea. It gives the area an impression of a true retail destination. Can't wait...

I didn't know that the space facing Lakeshore in phase 2 is mostly retail (Block A). Always thought it is the lobby.
