That area looks lightyears better than what it used to. The building itself is on par with what's getting built in the area. Wish they could have stepped it up a bit but here we are.

Building code needs to be ammended. Enough of this wood frame construction for housing that shares walls. Way too much sound transfer for the money paid. Poured concrete or concrete block between units should be mandatory for any unit that shares a wall.

Absolute trash.

I was actually interested in this project back in the day...this was like 2019 or something....STILL not finished. This is a black mark on this builder.

Is it me or are their 2 projects in the area taking long as hell to get built? Maybe it's a good thing because they're not rushing it and taking their time to bake that cake with love....right? Right?

I don't know how much I trust this builder. The crap they put up at Sherbourne/Wellesley makes me nervous about the quality of this project.
