Disappointed the ED proposal wasn't chosen, not just because my firm was part of the team, but because I thought the design was great. At least we're getting a new link/bridge, and parkland. Can't wait to bike across it ... in 2017.

I see what you mean. I guess my point was that the white is out, and that it is now more sympathetic to the existing street (brick). Is there a new rendering? The reports I was provided by the City didn't have a new one (just the red brick one). Thanks.

Sorry about that...Is there a new(er) one? Although old, I think it's more recent than the other non-brick (white) design. It's also similar to the 2013 plans.

I believe the developer was asked to rethink the look so that it fits in with the neighbourhood better. I like the old one better, but this one 'fits' better.

I've been on site. Impacts to the current users is immense (not so much for the Forensic centre, more for the work being done for the hospital) . That's the good thing about the system...you can back out. within 10 days. And that's the bad thing about opening weekends; the frenzy, the emotion of trying to get what you want.

Agreed. The finished were nice, and it works with the smaller spaces. Too bad they underestimated the desire for 2 bedroom units.

The finishes looked good, including the built-in fridge. The only thing is they are "condo-sized" appliances. Still, pretty good price and great location.
