Is this going to be built ? I wonder what is going to happen to the Winners building since that is a separate property.

The version of Uptown Rez in Google Earth seems to look better than this one.

I saw people moving in. MLS is showing units for sale (with one showing the actual interior instead of a drawing). The lobby has a guard already and it is also fully furnished if you happen to stroll through inside.

Regarding this proposed development, there will be a Community Consultation meeting on May 30 (Monday) from 7:00pm-9:00pm at Metro Hall (55 John St., Toronto) in Room 308. This would be interesting.

That's why Hume gave it a low rating for Crystal Blu. Blu looks uglier relative to its original rendition. Also noticed a lot of units are on sale when you look at MLS. At least for Uptown it is closer to the model they had at the sales office (with a few minor changes).

Thanks for the pics. Is that it for the bottom front of the Uptown Residences ? Somehow it looks like half-a** job making it look cheap.

Have people started moving into this Condo yet ?

I have been at other Ritz around the world and this is a disappointment in terms of the exterior look and interior design. I was expecting more.
