super nice project - occupancy is happening soon!

It is still in Toronto and yes this city is insane. Wait until they build out Yorkdale the way OMERS has it planned in the next 10 years - should be super interesting.

I have a unit here - turned out OK rents for $2700 a month can't complain for a 2 bedroom.

It's a good project - got a 2 bedroom + den here for a decent price.

This is going to be a nice project in an area with no more land that can be built on...

Can someone confirm when the occupancy date is set for these units? Is it March 2013 for lower levels or has it been pushed back?

Any updates on this project or is it RIP?

ooooHH....so they are smart now lol goodstuff, their getting with the times! They should send out surveys to customers that buy units to express their comments/concerns and it would help with future projects!

If only these points were as important when looking at it from an investor POV. Price per square footage and location in general are priority. Land is scarce now as you can see, so they build where they can.

Good point. The casino is a good idea but there are alot of negative points to it as well. The development would be ideal without a casino as well.

Why do people post their opinions on something that will not be heard or considered by the builder? It is a cool looking building, I bought one on the 51st floor!

When is occupancy for this unit? Late 2013?

Great Gulf has excellent quality, my family has purchased from them before so I can speak for myself but as for 1 bloor and the nonsense buyers have gone through, I hope Great Gulf makes up for it.
