So we have to sell our unit after all due to a marriage breakdown.
2 bedroom plus den (1108s.f.) with parking and a locker.
Can anyone recommend an agent familiar with the area?
I'm curious about the current per s.f. costing for the building and area.
Unfortunately due to a marriage break up we will have to sell our 1108 s.f condo.
Does anyone have suggestions about how to get current costing without having to sign on with an agent?
I should mention we wouldn't sell...
A couple weeks ago I was told that mid June was the target date but this past Friday I received a note from construction mgmt and they are saying that mid to late summer is more likely for the 9th floor
It was specific to the 9th floor.
There are posts on the real estate forum that people on lower floors saying they have received notices about late May
I'm not at liberty to say whom but I was talking to person involved in the construction and the target date for occupancy is now mid June.
I am pretty disappointed to hear that another 3 months are being considered.
We are on the 9th floor and just received notice that Feb 23rd is the next anticipated occupancy date.
Wow, this building is soooo slow on construction.
agreed, we are on the 9th floor and seriously disappointed.
I have friends who bought into a nearby building two years after we bought and they have occupancy confirmed for August
We are on the 9th floor and did our finishes meeting last week.
The staff there were great and told me that the occupancy would late 2021 in a best case scenario.
We are living in the burbs and looking forward to living downtown again.
Those are some really helpful, pics, thanks for posting from those who are far away and don't have the opportunity to visit the future abode very often
