@mald1ta - You may have to go for a resale rather than new, I think. Condos in sq 1 Miss have become expensive!
Did you check out any of the projects further west like Stonebrook Phase II or Miracle in Erin Mills?
Wow these upgrades are quite pricey! Thanks for your info/advice. It's gonna be a while before we discuss upgrades as the building is not scheduled to start until Jan 2012. Hope the cost of the hardwood upgrade is not too pricey, at least I have next year to save for it!

Some interesting suggestions you have there. I too did not see the value in it, but the bulder says for resale value to keep the shower stall. Guess I have time to buy the most utility based furniture to deal with this lack of closets.
About your den suggestion, I took a look at the phase 1...
This building looks very classy. Its in a convenient location as well, close commute to Toronto via GO and close to MCC. Has it been incorporated yet? Wondering what the prices are like.

When you looked at the prices, do you remember what the Lakeshore model (803 sq. ft) was priced at and what extras (locker, parking, floor premium) cost. I'd like to know what the price fluctuations have been like for the area, as there is little to compare at this time...
I'm just curious to know if anyone has gotten a builder to modify a floor plan as suggested above to make a walk-in closet? If so, were there a lot of extra (administrative) costs involved?
Or is this a change that one must do after getting title?
