Toronto is not even the top of the B-class. Sydney, Barcelona, Chicago, Shang-hai, Hong-Kong, Zurich, etc, come to mind. Sad :(

I agree. Of all the metropolises, Paris got it right. It's a reflection of the French attitude to protect their own identity and culture. I admire that, though sometimes they can seem snobbish.

hmm ...I love Jack Astors and Milestones, they are two of my favorite chain restaurants, the food is better than in other chains, to me anyway. And they are both are always happening and fun, the ones in downtown at least
