It's all a deception. We live in Canada, one of the least densely-populated nations. I know condos in downtown are at a premium, for example, but that's just living like a rat in a crowded cage. Similarly, that build-up west of the Humber bridge is just poorly-planned.
Agreed, but moreso along the area west of the Humber bridge where the Monarch buildings are...it is WAY too congested and nothing is cohesive there; the buildings taken each by themselves are nice to look at but they are too densely-packed together. At least the density is much lower at NXT and...
The glass is meant to shake/give, right? If it was stiff, it would have broken by now. I guess that the noise from the wind cannot be avoided. Seems pretty sturdy.
I'm surprised about the noise insulation of the glass, however. I close my doors most of the time and don't hear the avg train...

Thanks. It looks nice. I love that double sink...wow, that thing is huge! That lack of shower door is crazy, though. Not sure what the designer was thinking there. Of course water will come out, the space is so big.
