I hope it all disappears - replace it all with as many tall condos as possible and maybe we'll be saving some trees and natural habitats somewhere in the world
First world problems or is it just me? These pics just tell me Toronto is still top in North America if you combine the overall infrastructure to the pedestrian-friendly living.

The size of the units is obviously a non-issue. The demand is way too high for it to be a problem anytime soon.
Plus the more people we cram downtown, the less space we are stealing from natural habitats around the country.
How many times have you checked this thread hoping for new juicy info, but landed on depressing discussions/arguments?
At least a thousand, to keep a realistic number.
