There is a middle eastern cuisine opening up in the Boston Pizza plaza. I believe it's called Anoush and it'll be next to the Starbucks.

That's something Liberty decided on doing for whatever reason. I think that they would allow M3/4 residents to use the theatre but the fobs don't work. Your fobs only work on the P1 Level amenities. We all pay about the same in maintenance fees at 46cents /sq ft and M1/2 is a different condo...

You guys need to run and not let anyone including property mgt walk all over us. I may run but I will not be able to make the first part of the mtg. It's time to take this stuff seriously or in the long run we will all be paying big time.

Starbucks is just as useless as a spa or dentist moving in. It's gonna bring in the loiterers! :) Now if Starbucks started serving some breakfast sandwiches....

M3 and m4 can't use the theater. Their fobs don't allow them into our building and vice versa we can't get into theirs

There is literally no chance for a Starbucks. They just opened in the bp plaza which is a 30 second drive. There is also one at bath a d Sheppard. We don't have the foot traffic that yonge and eg has to warrant 3 Starbucks in a 1km radius. But happy to have them and be wrong here.

Locking into a contract with Rogers still doesn't protect you from price increases. Cable price has gone up about $4 every year. Gotta love the one sidedness of that deal :)

They are just installing solar panels on the roof. Nothing else is happening on that land right now.

What a Joke, so Rogers ups the caps 25GB. Any increase in cable speed will be passed down onto Teksavvy, just like when they went from 10->15mb. Won't give Rogers a penny if I don't have too. I've had Teksavvy since October, not a single issue and no need to worry about bandwidth charges.
